Hey guys I just got the Fiio K5 amp to pair with my e17k. When I plug in the amp to my desktop its not coming up at all in the sound devices. I thought there was something wrong with the unit so I had it replaced. Now the replacement the same thing is happening. it turns on lights up charges the e17k but my desktop and laptop both are not detecting the device. Anyone know what I can do to get it to work?
