Name any subject, and I can tell you exactly what the cook left will conclude about any topic before they respond. In very similar fashion........these crackpot studies and their conclusions are just as predictable.

I would say the one taking offence here has the problem or issue with the subject matter, which wasn't offencive to the people who created the study or the web page that put it up.

If you like to cry into your tripple decalf late with whipcreme and mocha sprinkles with only non dairy soy based sprinkles so let the tears accent the flava, and make sure you keep your figure... well if it's getting you the ladies and you are a great mate and your mate says so.. KUDO's to you. You have us beat. If you found it offencive it might be because it ain't working.... or maybe you feel the term a feminine man is not a good term. Metro work better?

When you consider the point of view of the 'permanently offended', you can hardly blame them for being a bit defensive at times.....LOL I guess they feel obligated to stand in defense of feminine men? Yes, discussion of scientific conclusions is a valid topic for the vent However, don't think for a minute that I hate liberals. They are a significant source of entertainment and laughs for me, so why would I hate them?

It has nothing to do with liberal vs conservative political leanings but BuckeyeNut sees the entire world in those two shades of grey and posts these types of articles time and time again.

For all of those guys that took offense to the characterization of 'feminine' characteristics described in the article (ie. the stereotypical 'pretty boy') get over it. The guys that think they are uber macho men among men are the same guys that refer to their wife as She Who Must Be Obeyed or The Boss - now that is a girly man, regardless of whether he has a square chin and a muscle bound physique.

I guess I'll just say that the "Girlie Men" reference is juvenile at best, and really only makes for a good headline that misrepresents the article. I don't see this as being politically motivated (this time), but it doesn't matter. It's just my opinion. I'm not offended by the article or the research. Rather, I'm simply annoyed at all these types of threads (please don't make me list them all, they're there for all to see). I cant say weather anybody was offended or not but i also dont care,how can any grown man be offended by words,mad..........you bet but offended,if anybody is offended by Buckeye's threads in the steam vent i suggest staying out of his threads & looking for something else written in such a way that it's PC enough where they wont have to have their cornea's damaged by the offensive words.

I dont always agree with Buckeye's politics but even when i dont agree i find nothing offensive or slanderous about his posts.
