I feel like the rubber one has better traction, but some people have told me felt. What do you guys think?

I haven't used a turntable in years, but I remember that I had an anti-static mat that I got from (I believe) Radio Shack. It went on top of the rubber mat that came with the turntable. Kept the dust collection down, and that was nice.
