Really sour on Toshiba quality. After full record cycle on RW message says 'disc problem, play back only available option". When I try to finish, message says, "disc is write protected". This happened on 4 straight old discs and 2 new Fuji's. I've recorded hundreds of TV shows before this. Customer service says it must be broke. They'll fix it for only $135. Very unhappy camper here.
