I've had a frustratingly slow loading DVD player for such a long time and want to upgrade but it looks like blu ray players are even slower. So my question is - if a player is adertised to load a blu ray movie in 30 secs will it usually have better speed for regular DVDs and CDs?
My current player takes 10 secs for the tray to open after powering on and after closing it takes about 40 secs for the player to put something on the screen. Is there any player out there that will load a blu ray movie within 10 secs?
