Fan for my receivers?

Ok, this may be a totally dumb question... but do the receivers have fans that I can go buy for them? Do they hook up or attach to the receiver like the Xbox 360 fans?

I have the Onkyo 805 and it runs HOT, hot to the touch. Will this affect the life of the receiver? Will the fan enhance the life of the receiver? Where can I find these fans? And how much do they run?

I bought the Antec Component fan for my Onkyo 875, works great, and keeps it way cool.
I used the Onkyo without it, and I didn't think it ran that warm. However I do have the back of the cabinet open, and about 4 inches on the top.
I thought I would keep my bases covered though.
