face plate

First time poster, please don't be to hard on me.

Was recently looking for some cables and I came across a face plate that had a rather large opening for pulling the cables through, rather than terminating at, the plate. It was shaped like a nose (think it even referenced being shaped like a nose), now I can't find it after much searching. Should have saved the link but didn't.

Anyone else ever find one of these?
