You can't as there is no tape loop on modern AVRs. AVRs have their own equalizers.

Equalizers are designed to go in a tape loop, but can also be inserted between a pre amp and power amp.

As TLS said, you can’t do it with that receiver. Not sure why you’d even want to – the RX-V2700’s built-in EQ is more powerful and flexible than most any outboard equalizer there is, save for a professional parametric model.
