External Amp for Alpha 50

Well, like the title says, i'm looking around for an external amplifier for my Alpha 50's. Pretty much the only requirement I have is that it be around $500

suggest away ;)

or do you think the money would be better spent towards a newer reciever? (i have the avr230)

Elsewhere in this amp section, you may want to look at the Behringer A500 discussion. A super amp for $180. You can bridge it to about 360 watts per channel. $360 for 2 - 360 watt amp is super, in my book.:D

yea i saw the thread on that, but I didn't want to bring it up, so i could get other suggestions ;)
but that definately looks like the way to go

Too many suggestions will only make your selection that much harder:)
Not that much to modern audio components to worry about but their features you need, its looks if that is important and cost.:D
