I am interested in Surge Protector and been doing a lot of research and it seems that they will be my top choice. So anyone have good or bad experience purchasing surge protector from these 2 website? I am not sure if I really need surge protector because for I have never once experience any damages to any of my electronics despite using $5 protector from Walmart.

calnbs,

I posted the same question (about Brickwall specifically) in this and another forum a couple of months ago. It would seem that few "Audioholics" actually have experience with Brickwall due primarilly to their pricing. Myself included.

I ended up with a Tripplite Ht810Isoctr 8-Outlet Rack/Console A/V Power Center (available for around $120-$140 at Amazon, J&R's, etc) connected to a GFI outlet in my "Man Cave" to protect my 50" Sony SXRD, HD Cable/DVR, Denon DVD, Sony Receiver, Sony 5 Disk CD player, Definitive BP7006's, CLR2002, and BP2X's.

I see it as a solid, cost-effective solution to all but a direct lightning strike.

After spending thousands of $ remodeling the entire 2nd floor of my house, I'm not going to spend >$400/room on surge protection at this time. I'm looking into capable whole house breaker panel mounted solution.
