Without having one I can tell you that flat is what I want if it is truly flat or flatter. Some people do not like the sound of a flat response at first listen, but if they were to listen longer they would hear detail and things that they did not realize were there because they were being obscured. However, only if the settings are giving you a truly flatter response than before. It not, then it could sound worse thats for sure.
