No, but I've recently discovered Vudu, a subsidary of Wal-Mart. It's no cost to join and no monthly fee. You just pay when renting a movie.
Current movies are available and are streamed in Standard for $3.99, HD for $4.99, or something called "HDX", which I have no idea what it is, for $5.99.
I've used their HD and it has 5.1 Dolby Digital sound.
As a bonus, you get a $5.99 credit for each machine you register (it's free).
...and the GUI is pretty good, too.
