Anyone using them? Opinions--- good, bad or indefferent. I have a set of the RC-10's and really like them. Thinking about adding one of their subs.

Thanks

I think at $200-250 the S10.3 is a good deal, as well as the VSW-10 for $350, but I'd rather spend more and get a more capable unit :)

They've been well reviewed in the last few years as good for under $500, but once you get to $500 and over, you'll want to look elsewhere for a sub IMO.

Thanks for the feedback, I should have mentioned I am looking for a music sub and not a HT application.

Price range and room size are the more important factors. A good sub is a good sub; shouldn't matter what it is playing. And the opposite applies as well, but what kind of subs have you heard already that sound "musical" to you, for comparison?
