No, it's not available.

Scheduled tentatively now for a June '09 release. Emotiva says they are bringing in enough units to satisfy their pre-order list and anticipated sales.

I'm not on the pre-order list, but if this unit is half as good as it's being touted it will be better than something twice the price.

I'll happily wait and give it a shot when it does arrive. If it turns out to be a dud(which I don't think it will) I'll find, then buy something else.
