Tact switch on my Emotiva MPS-2 has gone bad. Don't want to spend money on it's repairs hence I wanted to turn on the amp using 12v trigger. The problem is I cannot figure how to use the trigger switch(Shown in attached pic.)
My Integra DTC 9.8 processor has a 1/8mm out, but Emotiva has this switch so I can't use 1/8" trigger cable. Need help deciding the connection wire.

First, I believe you have a mistake where you called it "1/8mm", but the 2nd time you correctly used 1/8" (should be 3.5mm = 1/8").

What you need is a simple mono 3.5mm cable, something like this:
https://www.parts-express.com/parts-express-35mm-mono-extension-cable-6-ft--240-004

The male end plugs into the Integra. You cut the cable to length (before you plug it into the Integra), and separate out the + and - wires. It's been a while since I've done this, but I think that the - wire is the outer wire and the + wire is the inner wire (assuming that the cable is a coax).

If in doubt, or if your cable isn't a coax, then you can simply trigger the 12V output and get on the wires with your multi-meter to measure Vdc to figure out for sure which wire is + and which is -.

Once you have the +/- figured out, then those simply insert into that terminal on the Emo, and tighten down the screws.

The switch simply enables trigger input. Use as recommended above.
