I have not heard this pre-amp but Emo is known for thier price to performance ration in their products. Alothough there has been a fair amount of question as to quality control on thier products as I have read about many of thier amps having problems on several different forums....
That aside, it does look like a decent stereo pre-amp. but I would take the Parasound in a heart-beat over the Emo...
