A new webcast has been posted at emotiva.com discussing their new subs.
http://emotiva.com/webcast/webcast.html

Also a link to a size comparison I did between my current sub, the emo sub, and few others I’ve been considering:
http://www.sizeasy.com/page/size_comparison/17814-Hsu-3-2-vs-Emotiva-ERS-212-vs-SVS-PB-12-Plus-vs-Hsu-ULS-vs-MFW-15

I’m very interested to hear the impressions of the attendees of the 2008 Audioholics SOTU event of the sub(s), as well as Tom’s eventual review. I remember reading those that heard them last year were impressed. I’d love to go next month but we just went to Disney World in March.

Thanks I will definately listen to that next week. Do they mention the dual subs with the external amp? DRS or something. That is the setup I am waiting for but it seems to have fallen of the face of the earth. I know another member did a preorder on them but they were never actually produced.

ERS112 - $699 (Single, powered 12" sub, 14x14x14.5 sealed cabinet, 1,000 watts).
ERS110 - $499 (Single, powered 10" sub, 450 watts).

I think they are having issues with their optical isolators....oh wait...that's the problem with my MPS!

Considering my HT is in our family room I like the high WAF of the emo subs. I need 2 subs to help even out my room response (I have vaulted ceilings, open to kitchen, entryway, hallway, and the stairs leading to the basement) but all the other options I have looked at don't have the WAF. Not to mention the price with all the features they are advertising. I've only heard good things about emo products.

I pre-ordered the dual 12's with the separate amp at the 2007 SOTU. Simply put, I loved them (especially for the price). But yes, they didn't go into production and I eventually just canceled When they do become available, I'm sure they will sound as good or better and still be a screaming value.

The Emotiva dual sub setup at the 2007 AH Party was quite impressive. From what I heard, they weren't satisfied and wanted even more out of their subwoofers. The amplifier, GUI and controls were revamped with significant improvements. It should be well worth the wait.

I didn't catch it on the podcast, do they have an ETA on the dual setup?
