I have had these in my system now for 2 years. I am very impressed by them. The have excellent build and performance quality. I think that they are great bang for the buck speakers.
For me they have proven very easy to power. I have used both ADCOM GFA-5400 and Parasound Halo A23 125 watts per channel amplifiers. Even during playback of the most robust movie soundtracks I have never been wanting for more power.
The T1+ have excellent performance with both music and movies. With music the T1+ produce open clear and detailed highs without harshness or brightness. Detailed midrange and tight punchy bass. Then for movies the T1+ switch from finesse mode over to robust mode! In my system they produce theater quality sound, which makes for some awesome movie experiences.
The short of it is the longer I have the Emotiva Airmotiv T1+ speakers, the more I LOVE them!
