Budget is 200 and the room size is 16 x 30 with an additional 8x8 area to the back left side. Thanks for your reply.

I have already tried a Mirage FRX80 8 inch front firing sub with a Velodyne CT80 8 inch front firing sub. I am splitting the mono signal coming out of my receiver and sending one line to each. I have also put y rca's to the single inputs to get a Right ad Left input on each sub in the hopes that it will improve the signal. I have them placed on the inside of the two front Boston VR950 mains.

Nothing at $200 will fill that room. Outlaw LFM-1EX or HSU VTF-3 are the bare minimum that I'd say will give you good decent response and then you're looking at aruond $700-750 shipped.

I was lucky enough to find a SVS SB1000 on Craigslist for sale in new condition for $300. Jumped on it and am loving it! :)
Just one 12" is filling in the lows I was missing. Thx all.

It's currently on the inside of the right speaker placement due to difficulty in getting into a left or right corner. Left is my only possible choice as right corner has a desk corner setup. I am following the placement instructions included with th sub that suggests having it in the front stage area if possible. Gonna play around with best placement but as of now it sounds amazing!
