Hello All,
I'm new here. I currently have a Yamaha R-N602 with Elac Debut B6 speakers. I love the system it sounds great, especially Pure Direct and ofcourse the amazing speakers. I've been thinking of making the sound complete by adding a Elac S10 EQ. I've heard them and i think that they sound amazing and i have a feeling that my system will sound much better. However, I recently came across the Warm Audio EQPWA Tube EQ and it looked, sounded and felt brilliant! I knew i was screwed....
Now,where i come from the S10 and the EQPWA are both priced similarly. I can only afford one. What do you experts think i should do to make the sound a lil more complete or rather what do you think would make a bigger difference in aural sensation? Because honestly, the B6 can make pretty decent bass too..
PS: I've used a Behringer equalizer previously and grew up using a Pioneer equalizer, So i know what a EQ does and what a sub does and so on. It's just that this system is going to be in my personal Hi-Fi setup and i'd like it to sound amazing but since i can only afford one i'd really like to make a rational purchase and not an emotional one. Thanks in advance.
