Easy question regaurding HDMI

So if I'm bringing a Comcast digital cable signal into my comcast box, Can I just run my HDMI cable up to the TV without the necessity of the standard comcast wall cable?

Sorry, I'm new to the whole HDMI thing and have always had to deal with that frustating screw on cable fitting. It seems almost too good to be true having to not deal with it anymore.

If that cable RV box has an HDMI outlet, try it, especially if you have the cable.
