East Hamilton Radio (Speaker Sale)

I am planning on getting a set of paradigm speakers this summer. I am interested in the S4 for mains, c3 for centre channel and a seismic 12 or sig. servo 15 for the subwoofer.

Does anyone know what kind of discounts East Hamilton Radio offers during there speaker sale? I believe that it is sometime at the end of July.

I also wanted to ask if there is any benefit in getting a c5 centre channel instead of a c3. Does it match up well with the s4's? Is the servo 15 subwoofer that much better than the seismic-12? Is it worth the extra money?

I am interested in hearing what price other Canadians paid for a similar setup. Are you satisfied with your purchase?

Thanks in advance for any responses.

I've shopped at EHR for all my gear. Always dealt with Jason Lopez, so when you pop in ask for him. When I bought my Paradigm Studio setup(40/20/CC470(v3)) I was able to get 15% off + free Premier S-series stands($240 value). Everything else I've bought I get 15%+ off.

Just got back from EHR. I had a look at the S4($3400),C3($1900) and sig. servo-15($4000). Great speakers! They were in cherry.

I was told by the saleperson that there is no discount on the signature line because they are special order. Is this true? Has anyone else gotten a discount? Are the prices above about what you expect to pay in Canadian dollars for these speakers? If this is true I will probably lower my standards and go for the studio line. This was a very disappointing visit.:(

Did you ask for Jason, like I mentioned. Special order or not you should be able to get a discount. PM me if you have any other questions.

No I didn't ask for Jason. Next time I will for sure. Thanks for the advice.

You may want to drop to the Servo-15 v2 over the sig servo. Practically identical subs but the sig adds so much money just for the finish.
That gets one of your speakers out of the sig line at least.
As for Canada, they're made just up the road from Hamilton so I wouldn't think there's any issue there.
I'll be asking for Jason the next time I visit. Most of the car audio people there are complete idiots, but I'll give the HT guys a chance based on addict's opinion.
I want to add some ADP 370s and a Servo-15v2 to my M11v4 and CC370v4 set-up.
