hello everyone,
i have a question regaurding a couple of speakers i just recently bought. i purchased two earthquake tremorx-12-8 1250 watts i have them in a bandpass box atleast i think thats what kind of box i have ( the speakers are sealed behind fiber glass with a big vent going down in between them.) back to the question at hand im using a sony stereo xlplod 1000 watt amp 2 channels... yes i know this is a crapy amp... reason y im asking i want to push these speakers the way they were made to be pushed and i dont feel that sony is doing it all that well ( most earthquake speakers are not cheap by all means) i just need to know what amp i should get to push these things crazy hard without blowing them if possible without putting a hole in my pocket maybe somewhere inbetween 150 and 225 dollars?
