Earplugs for sleeping ??

Any recommendations?
I tried using audiophile earplugs but there painfull to sleep in .

I use silicone rubber plugs that I get at Home Depot- they have these in their Safety aisle near the hand tool area. They';re orange and have a blue string to keep them together, but I remove the string. They're much more comfortable than the HearOs I bought and on occasion, I have slept with them in.

If for no other reason, they're a great way to get rid of ear wax because of the trapped heat- get ready for some of that when you remove them.

These work great when trying to sleep on an airplane.

I also use them when I wake up late at night if my wife is snoring. She also uses them.
