I've not heard the IQ70, but have 2 pairs of EMP E55TI(s). If you have a sub in your setup, the E55TI(s) are an amazing value, even at the regular price. At the sale price, they're a steal. They have a nice neutral detailed sound and excellent soundstage. They're not tuned to be bass beasts, so you want a sub. They can play clean louder than you probably should subject your ears to. At that price, get the e56 center too. Personally, the red burl ones look like a much more expensive speaker than they are, and I've had several folks comment on them, two of which bought speakers from that series.
