<font color='#000000'>I have Definitive Technology BP3000TL speakers, with built-in powered sub-woofer. &nbsp;Can someone please explain to me the optimum bass management set up procedure with my Denon DVD-2900? &nbsp;Do I label them &quot;small,&quot; but then also say &quot;yes&quot; to having a sub-woofer?</font>

I am not an expert but here is how my active speakers are set up.
Main speakers set to large and sub-woofer. &nbsp;I assume each speaker has a built in x-over therefore the bass freq will be seperated. &nbsp;If you set the speakers to small then your receiver will filter freq below 80.

I also run a seperate sub for my system even with the 4 bass drivers. &nbsp;
