Question... anybody know of a DVD player for a computer that can read DVD-A disks? Maybe even SACD? Don't care if its internal or external... I would just like to be able to listen to my DVD-As and SACDs while at my computer.

Keeping my fingers crossed!

Unless the SACD is a Hybrid disc and the DVD-A has DVD-Video contents, I don't think it is possible.

I am fairly certain there are no SACD capable drives for computers. I do believe there are drives that can read DVD-A, however there are definitely none that can do both.

Multichannel SACD playback does not exist for the computer in a price range that befits most consumers which is why its encryption was never cracked.

DVD-A playback isn't that hard to accomplish with any DVD-ROM and a little program called DVD-A Explorer. You may have to convert (unzip) the MLP files to PCM, but after that it's gravy.
