I am using the small infinity satellite speakers. The instructions say for these speakers to be set to small on my receiver and the crossover to bet set at 100Hz. I have that set and I am using the y adaptor out of sub out on the back of my receiver. Both subs are located now on the left and right side in the front of the room next to my entertainment system. On the back of my subs they have an LFE or L/R input. The L/R inputs are not low frequency inputs. Since the receiver is doing all the work should the cable be going into the marked LFE inputs on both subs?

if there's a specific LFE input, use those.
Thank you. When do you use the mono input for the low level frequency on the back of your sub? There is a R mono that is colored red that is low level as well. Would I want to use that for running 2 subs or if I just had 1 hooked up?

if you are connecting from the receiver to the subs using the subwoofer preout, you need to connect to the mono inputs

do you have pics of the back of your subwoofers?

what's your subwoofer model? maybe i can look up the back panel.
I am not sure to be honest with you. My father gave them to me when he upgraded his system. They are a little old. They are KLH 12''. I went to KLHaudio.com website and they are still updating it so you can't pull anything up. I was going to take a picture for you but my batteries are dead at the moment in my digital cam. I just know they are 150 watts 30-180Hz. The back just has low level frequency input for a R and L. The R says mono colored red and the left is white which is also a low level connection. Would it matter which one I use?

in that case, use the R (red colored one)

(though in theory it won't really matter which)
