I am posting here mostly out of curiosity. I read a post here by a member named "funk monkey" talking about how his girlfriend bought these speakers out of a white van. Well he didn't have any contact info so I couldn't write him directly.
Please excuse this post, but you might find it interesting.
I was wondering if "funkmonkey" was from pittsburgh, because I am, and I too bought these speakers out of a white van!!! HA!
I was doing a seach on the internet about these things and it seems like every one that has them came about them in a similar manner!
I was so curious as to wether on not all these people were from pittsburgh - that could explain a guy hand building speakers and selling them around town with a fancy (fictitious) company sticker. But if they are all from different states - that is just odd.
Also for the longest time, "Digital Pro Audio" could not be found on the web. Now they have a web site (if it is the same entity, who knows) but they are now bought out by Sweetwater.
I was wondering if any of you have heard anything of this, and possibly be able to take the "mystery" out of the speakers.

Sorry for placing this in "Loud speakers" section. The speakers are decent and loud, but I am not sure I would call them "Pro Quality" -- M
