Dolby Atmos layout possible?

I have given up on a sound bar system. Planning on buying a receiver with 5 speakers.

Would this 5.1 layout work with Dolby Atmos and provide value?

Room is 13x16.

3 speakers in front. L and R book shelf speakers at ear level. Center wall mount above TV.

Rear L & R would be ceiling mount only.

More information is needed. I don't think anyone could tell you from that sparse description. Look at this installation guide. If you can not place your speakers anywhere around the locations outlined in that guide, than I would just forget about Atmos.
