Does the Panasonic UB820 have Dolby Vision out of the box?

Does the UB820 have Dolby Vision out of the box or do you have to download it? Also do you have to change something to get Dolby Atmos working?

I just found out Dolby Vision is not supported by my BenQ LK970 projector. Should i keep my Sony X800 or buy a Panasonic UB820? Would the Panasonic upscale better than the X800?
