Does anyone own a JVC HR-S3902U VCR?

Hey guys,
I just had a question for you all. Our old RCA vcr finally bit the dust after about 10 years of good service. It started to eat tapes constantly, it was only a monophonic sound, and only had the RF and composite outputs. So I figured I would look for something a little nicer, especially since I now have a pretty nice home theater setup to put it into. I decided that I don't have a use for (or the money for!) a D-VHS set yet, so I would check out the S-VHS players. They are supposed to have a bit more resolution on recordings, and some that have the ET option can record the higher quality signals to regular VHS tape. It also comes with an S-Video output, which is nice. So I looked for a while and found the JVC HR-S3902U online for about $100. Unfortunately I was unable to find one locally to try out, but based on reviews of the unit, I bought it, and am waiting for it to arrive on Friday.
I was wondering if any of you out there either own this same unit, or have ever used it, and is it a good product? What are your opinions? Thanks!
