It was a current model around 5 years ago. Right now I have a very old school sony pro logic flagship receiver from 1991. I would like to upgrade to DD and DTS. Component video doesnt concern me now as I wont be getting an HDTV for a few more years. A guy offered to sell me his vsx-24tx for $250 with remote and manual. I really like the receiver as it does all I need it to do. Does this price sound right?
