Does anyone here have a Dayton HSU12?

I have the dayton sub-120 12" sub, and it's pretty good for the money, but I doubt it's anywhere as nice as the Dayton HSU12.

Not Until June 26th

I had been eyeballing these since they first put them up on the PE site. Initial availability was shown as April. As soon as April came, they pushed the date out to June 26 where it is still shown today.

Don't know if any were sold before the out of stock indicator was posted but I have never noticed a time when they were actually in stock.

I'm hoping for a user review myself. A comparison to a comperable Hsu model (whichever one that is) would be even better.

I was under the impression these subs were already being sold at one time and PE is just out of stock. Maybe I'm wrong. One quick email to PE and I should be able to find out. Maybe that's why I'm not able to find any reviews of this sub?

I don't think these have been released yet. The only differences I've noticed so far is that the actual HSU models have higher-power amps. I imagine the drivers are different as well. The differences in looks are minor, but I think the Dayton HSU subs look a little slicker.

I received an email reply from PE and they said they're still waiting for their intial shipment of these subs. Apparently there were some sort of delays in the manufacturing process, that's why the in-stock date keeps getting pushed back.

Hey if you decide to get one of these puppies, can you please
post your impressions here ? I'm interested since new stuff is
coming out at an even lower price point and I'd like to get
as many opinions of each as possible.
