Does any Blu Ray player come with a RF remote? The Oppo 93 and the Panasonic BDT310 have IR remotes. Please reply. Tx.

no, but you could get IR range extender which uses RF

What he said. There are very few consumer electronic devices that come with RF, but there are plenty of universal remotes that have RF capability.
