Do I need additional power amp for my receiver?

Hello.I have a 7.2.1 setup composed of 2x Jamo C809 front, a Jamo C80 Center, 2 xJamo C80 Surrounds speakers,2x Jamo C95 back surr speaker and 2XCanton 880 inceilling speaker. The subwoofer is a Klipsch R 112W.The receiver is a Pioneer SC-LX88 (european version). It's the 2014 flagship receiver from Pioneer.I know that companies tend to inflate those power ratings and I'm thinking of buying a extra power amp to put some more power in the front and center speakers(at least). So,I found 2 amps from Rotel, one is RB 993 and the other one is RMB 1080.The first one is rated 3x200W in 8 Ohm and the other one 2x 200 (8 ohm). These are 2 old models from Rotel because I don't want to put too much money in a amp.The Jamo's are 6 ohm speakers. My question is will I feel a big difference if I buy one of them, at least for the 2 fronts? I watch mainly movies at high volume, but I also listen to music. Should I look for more power than 200 W/channel?The room is 4,5mx7m.Thanks

What are you hoping to achieve? Will it sound better? Maybe. Will it get louder? Only slightly if at all. I would say no, but I prefer simple systems. I use a power amp in my living room system, but it powers my subwoofers (which do not have an amp). Peace and goodwill.

Why, are you getting clipping or distortion now with the receiver alone? You don't think the power ratings of speakers might have as much marketing involved?

I was thinking that the the two big fronts could use more power in order to bring more dynamics to the sound.Sometime when I'm watching a action movie the volume goes to -10.If the acustic achievements from putting a extra power map are modest,I'll put my money elsewhere. Thanks

If you can get loud enough with your receiver with no distortion / clipping then you wont need power amps.
