DLS-R and CHT-R

velodyne DLS-R and CHT-R

I've been looking at subwoofers for a month or so to replace my energy E:xl-s8, and I saw the velodyne DLS-R subwoofers. Althouigh they are nice, I made up my mind (shooting for the s12.3, although the 5000R is nice), but I couldn't help but notice how similar they are to the CHT-R series. They have the exact same specs, and cabinet design. Does anyone know the difference between these series, and if there is a price difference.

DLS-R are for the USA/Canada market and the CHT-R's are for Europe etc.
