I have a dish receiver VIP 622 in the bedroom. I was thinking about moving my dish receiver and component receiver into the closet. In order to do this I would have to run the dish cable wire up into the attic and over to the closet. Do I need a specific type of cable or just a standard RG6 to move the dish receiver? I ask because its a two tuner receiver and wondering how it did this through one wire? I noticed the wire the tech used in some areas looks like a standard RG6 but looks like it also has a thin wire that is attached to it in some areas.
