Directv Genie menu resolution?

I must have leaned on or touched some button on the Direct TV genie remote that is horrible by the way, but a message popped up saying receiver was reset to SD. Now the menus, all the menus look horrible. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks for any help.

Go back into the main menu and reset the resolution. Just tell it all of the resolutions supported by the display.

I just found it. It was a really obscure kinda setting. It would take to long to even explain and I'm tired. Weird thing though, annoying. The DirecTV genie remote is terrible though, just awful.

Nice! My next post was going to be trying to guide you to that menu lol. Fwiw, I switched to dtv after being a dish network customer for a long time. Overall not impressed with dtv.

I like it but my overall feeling is that all screw you over. Cable, FiOS, DirecTV, whatever they all screw you over.

Agreed. I was with dish for a long time so they at least kissed me first. Sometimes...
