I have a pioneer vsx-lx505 with dirac live. I have had it for a few years now and today I finally decided to give dirac live a shot. After I realized that it was user error making things complicated it was fairly straight forward. Did my measurements and exported file to dirac slot. man it sounded like crap. zero bass(i have two PSA TV18’s) mid-bass a bit high and the treble was harsh if turned up to volume level i normally listen at. I went in and adjust room curves saved those settings over the previous file. exited out of dirac app(laptop) and there was zero sound from my speakers. nada. so I went back into the app(laptop) and clicked the “x” next to saved filter and a message popped up saying avr not available essentially. my computer and avr were not syncing it seems. I ended up having to do a hard reset on my receiver. So I have two questions I guess. What causes zero audio after exporting filter and how do you delete filter so you can go back in and use manual mcacc? Sorry its long. Thanks for the responses.
