Digital Audio Splitter?

Is there such a thing as a Digital Audio splitter. I have 2 Jukebox cd players, and if I want to hook it up digitally I have to use an auxilary jack in addition to the cd jack.

You don't want a splitter, you want a combiner. You are taking two sources to one input, not one source to two inputs. I would suggest this:
