Different Color Names

What is with the different color names all of a sudden?

Light Blue, Dark Blue, and RED.

Majorloser is even RED.

I am fairly sure that:

Light Blue - New Member
Dark Blue - Approved Regular Member
Red - Mod's

light blue = new users
dark blue = old users
red = very old people - I mean, moderators

orange = I think is probationary (only person I've seen is with this one is apatel)
