Detar Research 681??

Has anyone heard of a company called Detar Research (floor-standing speakers)? I think the model # is 681. Any info would be great.

Tried an internet search.....

No dealers selling the product, was listed on ebay, but that in itself is considered suspect. No manufacturer's site was found.\


Reads like an internet version of the white van scam.

I have a pair

I just picked them up from a friend. They have great sound. Kind of bassy. They a a great compliment to my other set on the same system, which are knid of high.
