Hello all,

Want to get some opinions here and see if anyone has any solutions. I previously had an LG LM7700 and recently upgraded to the LG OLED 65 e7p. When it first arrived and I hooked it up there was no signal showing on the screen. I tried different HDMI ports and turned the TV on and off a bunch of times, then it finally came on.

I swapped out HDMI cables but I kept having this issue, only it was less frequent. The first time I had to restart and or unplug/plug back in my HDMI cable 6 or 7 times before a picture came on the TV. Now, most of the time it starts right up. Occasionally I have to turn everything off once or twice but then the picture comes on. Sometimes it comes on after briefly showing the no signal detected screen for a few seconds, and I can hear the audio.

The previous TV never had any of these issues. The cable box is less than a month old and never had any issues either. It goes from Comcast 4k cable box to Denon 5200 to TV, all using HDMI 2.0 cables.

Are there any settings I should try on the receiver to try an alleviate this issue? Maybe a hard restart of the receiver? I'm also thinking of trying a different receiver to see if it has any of the same issues.

Thanks for your input

Is CEC turned on? ARC? In the display. If so try turning off.
