So you had a different bluray player before that the 2600 worked fine with? Do other hdmi devices work fine with the 2600? If none of the hdmi ports work with any gear then it would seem the issue is with the 2600, tho. I take it your hdmi cables are sufficient for the task?

Yes, are the HDMI cables 18Gbps[labeled Hi Speed] or better?

I assume the player HDMI cable, is plugged in the "DVD," input on the X2600?

When you play a DVD, you are getting a white screen via the X2600 to the TV?

Are you using eArc? CEC both AVR & TV, turned on?

That is an older player and you may have an HDCP 1.4 issue there when connecting to the receiver. Try changing the mode of the receiver from Standard to Enhanced or the other way around if set to Enhanced and see if that fixes anything.

Tks , all my other devices Firestick 4k , android box works fine, Iam using HDMI cable with ethernet support, the Bluray player is the same as mentioned works fine directly with my TV (4k TCL)

Then it seems the bluray player is the issue....at least as far as the 2600 goes.
