I have a Denon AVR-3803 and a DVD-2200. I am trying to figure out if I can use the room to room connections on these two components so I can put the dvd player in a enclosed cabinet where the remote can't see the IR sensor. My goal is to have the dvd signal go through the 3803, and into the back of the dvd player via a mini plug connector. Is this possible, or am I missing the purpose of the room to room conncetions. I think that they are for the IR systems sold by denon, but was hoping that it would also work for this purpose. Let me know what you think.
