I'm considering buying a plasma TV to hook up to my DVD-5900 DVI-D output, and Sony PFM42V1 seems a good choice (price and feature wise).
But I have doubts if the connection between them will work OK and if the Sony will be able to handle the resolution of 1080i thru its DVI port. Anybody has some background on it?
Also, will I be able to use it as my PC monitor in paralell with the TV function?
