Denon DVD 2900 for 95 bucks???

I have heard nothing but good things about this DVD player and I can pick one up for $95....Thoughts anyone....I am selling my Myryad MDV 200 as well if anyone is interested...

I think it would be great as a music-only player (SACD, DVD-A, DTS-CD, CD).
It doesn't have HDMI, but for just music, I think it will be fantastic.
