In
$12k Home Theater System there is written for Denon DVD-2930CI:
In addition this player sports an HDMI video connection and Denon Link 3 for multi-channel audio formats, has digital delay compensation for DVD-A and full bass management for DVD-A and SACD.
My interpretation of the above quote is that there is no digital time delay available for SACD, but the manual* I downloaded is silent on that matter with respect to both DVD-A and SACD. The specification page (
http://usa.denon.com/ProductDetails/3262.asp) says it has:
Digital Bass Management for DVD-Audio/MLP/SACD, High (12dB) and Low Pass (24dB) with Speaker Configuration/Level Control and Delay Time Control: Selectable 40/60/80/100/120
The review of DVD-3930CI makes no mention of digital time delay either, as far as I can see.
Anyone that can confirm that the 2930CI has digital delay compensation for SACD?
*) I wish that reviewers will list a bad manual in the "Cons" section.
