Mint. Bought in October, used for 3 months then mothballed. Faroudja 1080 upconversion. HDMI compatible w/ all other conn's.

Retail is $350, selling for $125 shipped.

I have a toshiba hd-xa2. what do i need it for? doesn't look all that greats mounted vertically to the wall, so....

Sold. Little tip folks, if you have a receiver with upconversion and the dvd player has the same upconversion software, you really don't need it.
